"Slow delivery & some things to consider"
The item itself was okay, but it ended up being a tad shorter than expected. Plus, it could've been sent out on Friday (2/3) instead of waiting until (2/6), which added an extra 3 days to the wait. I usually don’t check my spam folder, so it might’ve been smart to let customers know that when they ask for an RMA #, it might just land in their spam.

"No item, no help"
I made a tiny order. A week has gone by since the expected shipping date, and my order is still sitting there. No updates, no tracking info, and absolutely no word from anyone. I reached out to customer service for some news. Two days later, still nothing back. Zero out of ten for everything.

"Decent prices, but shipping took forever."
They had a solid range of fasteners available. Prices were pretty competitive too. I gave it a 3-star rating mainly because the shipping was really slow. I had to make 2 calls just to get my order shipped. The first rep I talked to was full of excuses and didn’t help much. Thankfully, the second guy actually got things moving. It shipped a week later than promised, which was 9 business days after I placed my order. According to the website and my calls, there wasn’t any backorder problem.

"Long Wait and Missing Items"
Eight days to get an order processed and shipped? That ain't what I'd call quick service. To make matters worse, they only had about half of what I ordered, and the rest is back ordered with no clue on when it might actually ship. Their online shop should've informed me that those items were out of stock before I placed my order. I could've chosen some alternative products instead. I've never had issues with these folks before, and I do like their screws, but I reckon I’ll be searching for another supplier.
